RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5
ON CONTRACT WITH IOWA WATER & WASTE SYSTEMS, LLC, OF BOONE, IA,
FOR 2019/24 LOW POINT DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 5 in the amount of $12,150 on contract with Iowa Water &
Waste Systems, LLC, of Boone, IA, for the 2019/24 Low Point Drainage Improvements
Project be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference.
ADOPTED THIS 9th day of June, 2026.
