RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST TO MODIFY
FY 2025/26 ASSET ALLOCATION TO PRIMARY HEALTH CARE, INC.
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, Primary Health Care, Inc. has submitted a request to the City to modify
its FY 2025/26 ASSET allocation by transferring $1,400 that remains in the Dental
Navigator Services to Dental Clinic Services; and,
WHEREAS, the funding transfer is being requested due to navigation services
being delivered in an alternative format than having a dedicated staff member; and,
WHEREAS, the cost of unit (1 clinic hour) for the dental clinic ($274.61) will not
change and the number of units purchased for dental clinic services is 326 units; and ,
WHEREAS, the City’s’ overall total contract amount with Primary Health Care, Inc.
for ASSET services for FY 2025/26 remains unchanged at $95,388 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that the request to modify FY 2025/26 ASSET allocation to Primary Health Care,
Inc. to transfer $1,400 from Dental Navigator Services to Dental Clinic Services is hereby
approved.
ADOPTED THIS 9th day of June, 2026.
