RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5
ON CONTRACT WITH MECHANICAL COMFORT, INC., OF AMES, IA,
FOR THE AMES CITY AUDITORIUM HVAC PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 5, reducing the project retainage to $40,000 on contract with
Mechanical Comfort, Inc., of Ames, IA, for the Ames City Auditorium HVAC project be
approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 26th day of May, 2026.
