RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH BRAUN INTERTEC CORPORATION, OF URBANDALE, IA,
FOR ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL TESTING
AT THE RESOURCE RECOVERY AND RECYCLING CAMPUS
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $ 3,668 on contract with Braun Intertec
Corporation, of Urbandale, IA, for additional construction material testing at the Resource
Recovery and Recycling Campus be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made
a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 26th day of May, 2026.
