RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
ON CONTRACT WITH J PETTIECORD INC., OF BONDURANT, IA,
FOR ADDITIONAL TREE AND BRUSH REMOVAL FOR THE RESOURCE
RECOVERY AND RECYCLING CAMPUS
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $13,900 on contract with J Pettiecord
Inc., of Bondurant, IA, for additional tree and brush removal for the Resource Recovery
and Recycling Campus be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part
hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 12th day of May, 2026.
