RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
FOR YEAR ONE OF THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL
BIOSOLIDS HAULING CONTRACT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, the Water & Pollution Control Department has filed a certificate of
completion for the purchase of Year One of the Water Pollution Control Biosolids Hauling
Contract for the City of Ames, Iowa, in accordance with the contract dated the 8th day of
July, 2025, by and between the City of Ames, Iowa, and Wulfekuhle Injection & Pumping
of Peosta, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows:
Section 1. The total contract for the Year One of the Water Pollution Control
Biosolids Hauling Contract has been fully completed by the Contractor in
accordance with the terms of the contract and is hereby accepted and
approved.
Section 2. The total cost of the contract is $ 89,787.65.
Section 3. The final payment is hereby ordered paid as provided by law.
Section 4. All resolutions or orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
ADOPTED THIS 12th day of May, 2026.
