RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
ON CONTRACT WITH RRT DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION OF MELVILLE, NY
FOR RESOURCE RECOVERY AND RECYCLING CAMPUS
BID PACKAGE 03-1 – CONCRETE AND STEEL WORK
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 2, a deduct in the amount of $120,550 on contract with RRT
Design & Construction of Melville, NY, for the Resource Recovery and Recycling Campus
Bid Package 40-1 - Millwright/Process Integration Work be approved and adopted as
attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 28th day of April, 2026.
