RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH ON TRACK CONSTRUCTION, LLC, OF NEVADA, IA, FOR
EMERGENCY 30-INCH RAW WATER LINE REPAIR
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Amendment No. 1 in the amount of $93,018 for a total contract of $114,588 on
contract with On Track Construction, LLC, of Nevada, IA, for Emergency 30-Inch Raw
Water Line Repair be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof
by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 28th day of April, 2026.
