RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
ON CONTRACT WITH HERITAGE PETROLEUM OF EVANSVILLE, IN,
FOR THE OIL AND LUBRICANTS CONTRACT FOR CYRIDE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $28,000 on contract with Heritage
Petroleum of Evansville, IN, for the oil and lubricants contract for CyRide be approved
and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 28th day of April, 2026.
