Monday, April 6, 2026
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Nicholas Bulver. Members present
were Ferit Karakaya, Mary Kay Truckenmiller, Donald Tweedt, and Candace Zwank.
Introductions
The Commissioners introduced themselves.
Selection of COTA Chair for April 2026 – March 2027
It was moved by Ferit, seconded by Donald, to nominate Nicholas to be the chair for the
next term. Motion carried unanimously.
Public Forum
No one was present for Public Forum.
Approval of March 2, 2026, Minutes
It was moved by Ferit, seconded by Mary Kay, to approve the minutes of March 2, 2026.
Motion carried unanimously.
Fall 2026 Special Project Grant Workshop
Brian reviewed the special project grant program.
Upcoming Important Dates
Upcoming important dates were reviewed by Nicholas.
Adjourn
There being no further business, Nicholas adjourned the meeting at 5:14 p.m.
