RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDED
APPENDIX D OF THE AMES MUNICIPAL CODE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, in accordance
with the provisions of Section 380.8 of the Code of Iowa, the amendment adopting
Appendix D enacted subsequent to the adoption of the Ames Municipal Code shall be
and the same is hereby approved and adopted, under the date of April 15, 2026.
ADOPTED THIS 14th day of April, 2026.
