There is no Council Action Form for the Sanitary Sewer and Manhole
Rehabilitation (Basin 11) Project with Municipal Pipe Tool Co. LLC, of
Hudson, IA, in the amount of $1,616,102.90. City Council approval of the
contract and bond for the project is simply fulfilling a State Code requirement.
