RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH RRT DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION, OF MELVILLE, NY,
FOR THE RESOURCE RECOVERY AND RECYCLING CAMPUS
BID PACKAGE 40-1 – MILLWRIGHT/PROCESS INTEGRATION WORK
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1, a deduction in the amount of $1,134,320 on contract with
RRT Design & Construction, of Melville, NY, for the Resource Recovery and Recycling
Campus Bid Package 40-1 – Millwright/Process Integration Work be approved and
adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of March, 2026.
