RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH CON-STRUCT, INC., OF AMES, IA,
FOR THE RESOURCE RECOVERY AND RECYCLING CAMPUS
BID PACKAGE 31-1 – SITE DEMOLITION & EARTHWORK
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1, an increase in the amount of $87,717 on contract with
Con-Struct, Inc., of Ames, IA, for the Resource Recovery and Recycling Campus Bid
Package 31-1 – Site Demolition & Earthwork be approved and adopted as attached
hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of March, 2026.
