RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH ENTERPRISE ELECTRIC, INC., OF BOONE, IA
FOR THE RESOURCE RECOVERY AND RECYCLING CAMPUS
BID PACKAGE 26-1 – ELECTRICAL, COMMUNICATIONS,
& ELECTRONIC SAFETY AND SECURITY WORK
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1, a deduction in the amount of $50,970 on contract with
Enterprise Electric, Inc., of Boone, IA, for the Resource Recovery and Recycling Campus
Bid Package 26-1 – Electrical, Communications, & Electronic Safety and Security Work
be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of March, 2026.
