RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH JENSEN BUILDERS, LTD., OF DES MOINES, IA,
FOR THE RESOURCE RECOVERY AND RECYCLING CAMPUS
BID PACKAGE 03-1 – CONCRETE AND STEEL WORK
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1, a deduction in the amount of $257,865 on contract with
Jensen Builders, Ltd., of Des Moines, IA, for the Resource Recovery and Recycling
Campus Bid Package 03-1 – Concrete and Steel Work be approved and adopted as
attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of March, 2026.
