RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH RH GRABAU CONSTRUCTION, INC., OF BOONE, IA
FOR THE RESOURCE RECOVERY AND RECYCLING CAMPUS
BID PACKAGE 01-1 – GENERAL CONSTRUCTION WORK
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1, a deduction in the amount of $126,538 on contract with
RH Grabau Construction, Inc., of Boone, IA, for the Resource Recovery and Recycling
Campus Bid Package 01-1 – General Construction Work be approved and adopted as
attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of March, 2026.
