RESOLUTION APPROVING
THE EXPANSION AND/OR ESTABLISHMENT OF PARK BOUNDARIES
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, there is public property throughout the City that is not specifically
governed by Municipal Code. Staff has reviewed these areas and determined it is
necessary to expand park boundaries or establish greenways to include these areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that the expansion and/or establishment of Park Boundaries is hereby approved as
attached.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of March, 2026.
