RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT FOR
HARRISON POINTE SUBDIVISION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, as the City still owns the subject property, public improvements
including sidewalks and extension of a sanitary sewer and water main on site and
installation of a new public sidewalk along Welbeck Drive have not occurred ; and,
WHEREAS, financial security in the amount of $103,665 has been provided for
these improvements. City Council is being asked to accept the Improvement Agreement
with financial security for those improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that the Public Improvements Agreement for Harrison Pointe Subdivision is hereby
approved.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of March, 2026.
