RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3
ON CONTRACT WITH WHKS & CO., OF AMES, IA,
FOR THE ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE 2024-26 TRAFFIC
SYSTEM CAPACITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (13TH & GRAND)
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Amendment No. 3 in the amount of $74,800 on contract with WHKS & Co., of
Ames, IA, for the Engineering Services Agreement for the 2024-26 Traffic System
Capacity Improvement Program (13th & Grand) be approved and adopted as attached
hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the relocation of the available Road Use Tax and General Obligation Bonds from the
2023/24 Traffic System Capacity Improvements (Airport Road Improvements) to the
2024/25 Traffic System Capacity Improvements (13th & Grand) be also approved.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of March, 2026.
