RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 13
ON CONTRACT WITH LANSINK CONSTRUCTION, INC., OF JOHNSTON, IA,
FOR THE FITCH FAMILY INDOOR AQUATIC CENTER BID PACKAGE 06-1
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 13 in the amount of $10,732 on contract with Lansink
Construction, Inc., of Johnston, IA, for the Fitch Family Indoor Aquatic Center Bid
Package 06-1 be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by
this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of March, 2026.
