RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH GILLIG LLC, OF LIVERMORE, CA,
FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO 40' HEAVY-DUTY BUSES
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $32,497.82 on contract with Gillig LLC,
of Livermore, CA, for the purchase of two 40' heavy-duty buses be approved and adopted
as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of March, 2026.
