A review of police records for the past 12 months found no liquor law violations
for Coldwater Golf Links, Elks Lodge, Homewood Golf Course, Pizza Pit
Extreme, Sam's Club #6568, Maverik #5365 and #5119, and Buffalo Wild Wings.
Therefore, the Police Department recommends the license renewal for these
businesses.
A review of police records for Casey's General Store #2905 for the last 12
months found one citation during a compliance check for providing alcohol to
persons under 21 years old. Officers will continue to monitor the location for
liquor law violations and offer ID training for staff members. Therefore, the Police
Department recommends renewal of this license.
