Stormwater Maintenance Financial Security Reduction #4
Mayor and Council Members:
I hereby certify that portion of the Financial Security covering the 4th and last year of the 4 Year
Stormwater Management Maintenance requirements as per the Post Construction Stormwater
Management (Chapter 5B) for Domani 1st Addition have been completed in an acceptable
manner. The stormwater management practices have been inspected by the Engineering
Division of the Public Works Department of the City of Ames, Iowa, and found to meet City
specifications and standards.
As a result of this certification, it is recommended that the financial security 2600000229.20-00
on file with the City be fully released.
