There is no Council Action Form for the 2023/24 Stormwater Erosion
Control Program (Inis Grove) with Nagel Construction, of Allerton, IA, in the
amount of $346,267.50. City Council approval of the contract and bond for the
project is simply fulfilling a State Code requirement.
