There is no Council Action Form for the 2022/23 Bridge Rehabilitation
Program (S. 4th Pedestrian Bridge over Ioway Creek) with Boulder
Contracting, LLC of Grundy Center, Iowa, in the amount of $1,577,234.95.
City Council approval of the contract and bond for the project shall be contingent
upon receipt and simply fulfills a State Code requirement.
