MEMO
At the February 24, 2026, meeting, the City Council adopted Resolution No.
26-096 approving Change Order No. 8 with Woodruff Construction, of
Ames, Iowa, for the Water Pollution Control Facility Nutrient Reduction
Modifications Phase 1 Project in the amount of $3,841.91. The actual
change order document was for a slightly different amount, at $3,843.61; a
difference of $1.70.
To ensure that the resolution approved by Council is consistent with the
change order document, Council is being asked to rescind the previous
resolution and issue a new resolution in the corrected amount.
