RESOLUTION AFFIRMING RETROACTIVE AUTHORIZATION OF VOTES
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY COUNCIL AT THE
STORY COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COMMISSION MEETING
ON MARCH 5, 2026
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the retroactive authorization of votes by
Council Member Gartin on behalf of the City Council at the Story County Emergency
Management Commission meeting on March 5, 2026, is necessary and proper.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that the retroactive authorization of votes by Council Member Gartin on behalf of
the City Council at the Story County Emergency Management Commission meeting on
March 5, 2026, are hereby affirmed.
ADOPTED THIS 10th day of March, 2026.
