RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the
Settlement Agreement between the City of Ames, Iowa, and Scott Hutzell in the amount
of $185,000 is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 10th day of March, 2026.
