RESOLUTION SETTING APRIL 14, 2026, AS THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S
2025/26 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
TO MODIFY PROGRAMS AND BUDGET
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Public Hearing is necessary and proper
on the above program amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that the 14th day of April, 2026, is hereby approved as the date of Public Hearing
for the proposed amendment to the City's 2025/26 Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) Annual Action Plan to Modify Programs and Budget.
ADOPTED THIS 10th day of March, 2026.
