RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 8
ON CONTRACT WITH BROCKWAY MECHANICAL AND ROOFING CO.,
OF DES MOINES, IA, FOR THE FITCH FAMILY INDOOR AQUATIC CENTER
BID PACKAGE 22-1
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 8 in the amount of $44,749 on contract with Brockway
Mechanical and Roofing Co., of Des Moines, IA, for the Fitch Family Indoor Aquatic
Center Bid Package 22-1 be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part
hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 10th day of March, 2026.
