RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 ON CONTRACT WITH
PRIMORIS ELECTRIC, INC., OF INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN,
FOR THE RELOCATION OF 161KV TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT
FROM AMES PLANT TO NE ANKENY
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $89,125.80 (inclusive of Iowa sales tax)
on contract with Primoris Electric, Inc., of Inver Grove Heights, MN, for the Relocation of
161kV Transmission Line Project from Ames Plant to NE Ankeny be approved and
adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 10th day of March, 2026.
