RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH TERRACON, OF AMES, IA,
FOR SPECIAL TESTING ASSOCIATED WITH THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL
FACILITY NUTRIENT REDUCTION MODIFICATIONS PHASE 1 PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $35,205 on contract with Terracon, of
Ames, IA, for Special Testing associated with the Water Pollution Control Facility Nutrient
Reduction Modifications Phase 1 Project be approved and adopted as attached hereto
and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 10th day of March, 2026.
