RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH PIONEER INDUSTRIAL CORP, OF KANSAS CITY, MO,
FOR THE VALVE MAINTENANCE AND RELATED SERVICES
AND SUPPLIES CONTRACT FOR THE POWER PLANT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $55,000 on contract with Pioneer
Industrial Corp, of Kansas City, MO, for the Valve Maintenance and Related Services and
Supplies Contract for the Power Plant be approved and adopted as attached hereto and
made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 10th day of March, 2026.
