CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 p.m.
1. Approval of Minutes of the meeting of August 27, 2025.
2. Public Hearing on a request for a Variance to the eight -foot side yard
setback in the (RL) Residential Low Density Zoning District at 1420 &
1422 Coolidge Drive (Parcel Number 05-34-400-170).
3. Public Hearing on a request for a Variance to reduce the side setbacks
for a two-story home from eight feet to six feet along the south property
line and four feet along the north property line at 216 N Hazel. (Parcel
Number 09-03-455-160)
4. Public Hearing on a request for an exception for long driveway paving to
reduce the amount of paved driveway required at 2617 Oakwood Road
(Parcel Number 09-16-325-190).
5. Appeal of a decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer regarding the
structure at 607 & 609 6th St being a pre-existing two family dwelling in
continuous use (Parcel Number 09-02-306-200).
