4. Public Hearing on a Request for a Special Use Permit to Construct a New
Building for an Existing Salvage Yard Business at 501 Freel Drive. (Parcel
number 09-12-250-050)
5. Public Hearing on a Request for a Special Use Permit to Allow Use of the
Property at 702 Clark Avenue as a Social Service Provider Use. (Parcel
number 09-02-305-070)
