RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 7
ON CONTRACT WITH SIMMONS PERRINE MOYER BERGMAN PLC,
OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IA, FOR OUTSIDE LEGAL SERVICES
RELATED TO THE STEVEN L. SCHAINKER PLAZA
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 7 in the amount not to exceed $50,000 on contract with
Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC of Cedar Rapids, IA, for the Outside Legal
Services related to the Steven L. Schainker Plaza be approved and adopted as attached
hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 10th day of February, 2026.
