RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
CITY HALL INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS PHASE II
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, the Fleet Services Department has filed a certificate of completion for
the City Hall Interior Improvements Phase II for the City of Ames, Iowa, in accordance
with a contract dated the 26th day of November, 2024, by and between the City of Ames,
Iowa, and GTG Construction, of Des Moines, IA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Ames, Iowa, as follows:
Section 1. The total contract for the City Hall Interior Improvements Phase II
has been fully completed by the Contractor in accordance with the terms of the
contract and is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 2. The total cost of the contract is $361,194.76.
Section 3. The amount due to GTG Construction, of Des Moines, IA, is hereby
ordered paid as provided by law.
Section 4. All resolutions or orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
ADOPTED THIS 13th day of January, 2026.
