RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
2022/23 EAST 13TH STREET SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has filed a certificate of completion for
the 2022/23 East 13th Street Sanitary Sewer Extension for the City of Ames, Iowa, in
accordance with a contract dated the 10th day of October, 2023, by and between the City
of Ames, Iowa, and On Track Construction, LLC of Nevada, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Ames, Iowa, as follows:
Section 1. The total contract for the 2022/23 East 13th Street Sanitary Sewer
Extension has been fully completed by the Contractor in accordance with the
terms of the contract and is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 2. The total cost of the contract is $2,335,282.96.
Section 3. The amount due to On Track Construction, LLC of Nevada, Iowa,
is hereby ordered paid as provided by law.
Section 4. All resolutions or orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
ADOPTED THIS 13th day of January, 2026.
