RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
ON CONTRACT WITH ON TRACK CONSTRUCTION, LLC OF NEVADA, IA
FOR 2022/23 EAST 13TH STREET SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $11,808 on contract with On Track
Construction, LLC of Nevada, IA, for the 2022/23 East 13th Street Sanitary Sewer
Extension be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference.
ADOPTED THIS 13th day of January, 2026.
