RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
ON CONTRACT WITH PETROTECH INC., OF NEW ORLEANS, LA
FOR COMBUSTION TURBINE CONTROLS UPGRADE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $176,054.59 (inclusive of Iowa sales tax)
on contract with Petrotech Inc., of New Orleans, LA, for the Combustion Turbine Controls
Upgrade be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference.
ADOPTED THIS 13th day of January, 2026.
