RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 ON CONTRACT
WITH BROWN REYNOLDS WATFORD ARCHITECTS, COLLEGE STATION, TX,
FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR THE NEW FIRE STATION NO. 2 PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that an Amendment is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Amendment No. 1 in the amount not-to-exceed $806,300 on contract with
Brown Reynolds Watford Architects, College Station, TX, for Architectural and
Engineering Services for the New Fire Station No. 2 Project be approved and adopted as
attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 13th day of January, 2026.
