RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH HDR ENGINEERING, INC. OF OMAHA, NE,
FOR STORM SEWER SYSTEM ANALYSIS
FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, bids and proposals were received on the 1st day of December, 2025,
for the Storm Sewer System Analysis for the Public Works Department, City of Ames,
Iowa. Said bids have now been carefully analyzed.
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, as
follows:
Section One. Award of contract is made as follows:
HDR Engineering, Inc. of Omaha, Nebraska, for the Storm Sewer System
Analysis in the amount not to exceed $490,370 .
Section Two. The City Manager and City Clerk are authorized to execute said
contract for and on behalf of the City of Ames, Iowa, and to affix the corporate seal
of the City thereto.
Section Three. All resolutions or orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
ADOPTED THIS 13th day of January, 2026.
