RE: Domani Subdivision 1st Addition Financial Security Reduction #8
Mayor and Council Members:
I hereby certify that the partial completion of street trees required as a condition for approval
of the final plat of Domani Subdivision 1st Addition have been completed in an acceptable
manner by various contractors. The above-mentioned improvements have been inspected by
the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department of the City of Ames, Iowa, and found
to meet City specifications and standards.
As a result of this certification, it is recommended that the financial security for public
improvements on file with the City for this subdivision be reduced to $750. The remaining work
covered by this financial security include Street Trees.
