RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
ON CONTRACT WITH STORY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER SERVICES
FOR THE FITCH FAMILY INDOOR AQUATIC CENTER
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $211,000 on contract with Story
Construction Company of Ames, IA, for Construction Manager Services for the Fitch
Family Indoor Aquatic Center be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a
part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 16th day of December, 2025.
