RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDED APPENDIX P
OF THE AMES MUNICIPAL CODE PER AUTHORITY GRANTED
BY THE AMES TRANSIT AGENCY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that in accordance
with the provisions of Section 380.8 Code of Iowa, the amendment adopting Appendix P
per authority granted by the Ames Transit Agency Board of Trustees enacted subsequent
to the adoption of the Ames Municipal Code shall be and the same is hereby approved
and adopted, under date of July 1, 2026.
ADOPTED THIS 16th day of December, 2025.
