Wednesday, August 6: Deadline to certify nomination process to controlling auditor
Monday, August 25: Candidate filing begins
Monday, September 1: Labor Day
Saturday, September 13: Any vacancy through this date will appear on the November
ballot
Thursday, September 18: Candidate filing deadline at 5 pm. Office must be open until 5
pm.
Friday, September 19: Deliver nomination papers and full text of any public measure(s)
to the Auditor ’s Office. Public measures are due by 12 noon.
Tuesday, September 23: Candidate withdrawal deadline. Candidate objection deadline.
Office must be open until 5 pm.
