RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
SCENIC VALLEY 7TH ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,
the streetlights and partial completion of sidewalk and street trees required as a condition
for approval of the Final Plat of the above-named Subdivision have been completed in an
acceptable manner.
Section Two. The financial guarantee given to secure performance of the public
improvements is hereby reduced to $103,362 for the remaining work that includes asphalt
surface pavement, utility adjustments, public sidewalk, ADA sidewalk ramps, COSESCO
(erosion control), and street trees.
ADOPTED THIS 9th day of December, 2025.
