RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
STORMWATER FACILITIES REQUIRED FOR
DOMANI 2ND ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,
3 years of the 4 Year Stormwater Management Maintenance required as per the Post
Construction Stormwater Management (Chapter 5B) as a condition for approval of the
Final Plat of the above-named Subdivision have been completed in an acceptable
manner.
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements
is hereby reduced to $6,553.64 for the remaining work that includes one year of inspection
and maintenance practices.
ADOPTED THIS 9th day of December, 2025.
