RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
ON CONTRACT WITH JET DRAIN SERVICES, LLC, OF AMES, IA,
FOR 2023/24 WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $33,945.61 on contract with Jet Drain
Services, LLC, of Ames, IA, for the 2023/24 Water System Improvements Program
(Kellogg Avenue - 7th Street to 13th Street) and (11th Street - Burnett Avenue to Kellogg
Avenue) be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference.
ADOPTED THIS 25th day of November, 2025.
